Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS

Looks like Canon is updating the 18-55mm to include IS. Has anyone heard anything about it? Have the optics been updated as well? $199 seems pretty reasonable.

Yeah I just stumbled across that article, both sound pretty promising. Has anybody gotten a hold of a demo and reviewed these yet? I'm curious to hear about the IQ... If anybody finds any reviews let me know...
