Canon EOS 1n with hairline crack in upper front

Just took delivery of a Canon EOS 1n in great overall cosmetic condition. Camera had the dreaded bc error which I immediately corrected. But did notice a slight crack in the upper front section hard to see until you get the right light on it. Is there reason for concern? Everything seems to function as it should. Looking forward to your responses.

Some varieties of polycarbonate aged better than others. Independent of impact damage, it can crack along edges and near corners or screw holes. Both Nikon and Canon used it to clad metal chassis bodies.
It's around 30 years old. Shoot it till it breaks.
