Good morning everyone !
Do anybody have the same Camera as me ? Since I absolutely do not know how to use the manual mode and would be grateful if you share some of you tips, tutorial and could help me in this new adventure

I want to learn when to use which setting. Actually i don't know at all how to use it if not in automatic mode.
I've been looking for some websites to learn but many of them have features not present in my camera

Welcome to the forum! I'm sure you'll learn a lot here! Ask questions and read through a bunch of the threads, even if you don't think they're relevant at this stage.

If you want to start in manual mode, you should learn the exposure triangle: aperture, ISO, shutter speed.

Av mode allows you to pick an Aperture Value, or a lens opening size, like f/5.6 or f/8 or f/11. The higher the number value, the smaller the aperture diameter is. f/16 for example, can be thought of as a teeny-tiny hole or aperture that is 1/16 as wide as the lens is long...a very small light-admitting aperture, which will because of its small size, require longer, slower shutter times than the bigger holes, like f/5.6 require.

Tv is Time Value. Try using slow time values like 20, which is 1/20 second, and swinging the camera along with moving subjects like dogs running, people walking, or bicycles moving by, in what is called panning.

Cameras and their controls, M or manual mode, "green box" or beginner mode, P or adjustable program mode, Av, Tv, are mostly brand-agnostic. Get out there are experiment!
