We're dead in the water with this, I guess. Changing ideas about participation ain't easy. I'd just
like to see frequent image posters--who often do so in volume--give back regularly with substantive comments on other's work. Isn't much to ask...

Being criticized on a regular basis for sharing photos in a photography forum by a member who often makes TPF feel remarkably unwelcoming, is a big factor in why I started to have little to no desire to share my work or expertise here anymore.

Not being criticized for posting a thread once or twice a week isn't much to ask... Not running members off the site (as recently as last week I might add) isn't much to ask...
