Canon G12 or Fujifilm X10 ?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for my new own camera as a beginner (because I used to shoot a lot during my trips with the father's Pentax K100). I don't want a reflex, a bridge or a hybrid because I want something small/compact like the Canon Powershot G12/ Fujifilm X10.

Here I am, torn between them ... I really need some help about which is the better. The G12 is strong/more battery power (duration) but really slow (2sec.) and the X10 is faster but "apparently" the battery is running out quickly ....

Can I have some help please ?

I have the G11, so I am going to say G12. LOL

I went for the X10 ... wonderful.

Thank goodness! X10 PWNS the G12
