Canon Spring Rebates started today, however....

It seems that only not many venders are showing the price cut. I am looking for a 40D, 70-200, and flash; but no one yet. It may be too early, possibly it will show up tomorrow. Anyone else had any luck with this or waiting on this rebate to show up like I am?

I saw the rebate at keh.com on a few items, but it said it doesn't start until today. My local pro-shop I think is already discounting items as well.
