I wanted to post a thread, but it says the message is too long to be processed... It only has four photos and a tiny bit of text; I've seen threads with much more. Anyone know whats up?

How can you lower the file size of an image so that you can post it in a thread?

Open the image in your favorite program, scale it down to 600-800 pixels on the long edge, and save it under a different filename. Upload that.
