Can't find Raw Images

I recently upgraded to a DSLR (Canon 40D). I have Adobe CS2 and Pixmantec (now Adobe) Raw Shooter Essentials 05.

I can't seem to get the computer to find the raw images on the camera. I've tried both SRaw and Raw settings on the camera and I still get no images. What am I doing wrong or am I missing something (Software, patch, adapter etc.)?

Tried to get answers through Adobe but it seems that they've moved on to CS3 now and I can't find anything on CS2.

I don't know if he found out what his problem was, but you can try some of the suggestions there or PM him.
