i'm sorry, but I really do not like the texture of her face and monster lighting on her. It's everything but flattering, and looks very uneasy.

The brightest part of the image is her elbow...which really shouldn't be the focus of the image.

I think that if the lighting on the elbow was moved to her face, this could be a dramatic shot.

You may also get her to look above the camera instead of at it. The way her eyes are creates some unflattering lines under her eyes.
