Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Took Honey for a walk today and took the Sony RX10M4 with me. Caught a bobcat and a kestrel. The lighting was very bright with the sun in the wrong position for the bobcat, but I went for it anyway. Will have to work on my PS skills and see if I can improve the lighting in that image.

Think we're too tough on ourselves sometimes. You didn't purposely look for these shots. You had a decent camera and caught them. The bobcat is full of potential. Bravo!

Nice captures!

I think you'll have some success with the bobcat. Maybe start with an overall crop, just to zoom in on that face better. There's a lot of great detail there.

And that stare! You had his attention.

Pretty kitty.

Thank you for the kind words! I'll lift a glass of fine French white cognac in your name. :) Yes, we are often our own worst critic.

Thank you! It is already cropped quite a bit as kitty was quite a ways away... far enough that I thought it was a dog at first. It let me get a little closer to get the shot, but not too much. It looks like a juvenile, and it was probably wondering what I had on the leash, given that it was almost the same size as Honey. The original image is a RAW image, so I may spend some time in PS or Photo AI to see what I can do with it. I do love that stare, though.

Something to note, kitty was trying to hide behind a dried flower stalk. I used Photo AI to remove the stalk, since it obscured the eye on the left, and it did a decent job of recreating the eye.

Nice catches, both.

Love the bobcat especially.. ...bird is gorgeous too

Nice detail in that bird shot. We have bobcats here but they scram the second they see you nearing them. Amazing how quickly they can get lost.

Thanks! Yes, they normally skedaddle pretty quick. This one just sat there and at first I thought it was a dog watching us, but as I got closer I could see it was a juvenile bobcat.
