#1. different angle, a step or two to right/left and a step closer perhaps?

#2. nice, but dead palm tree is distracting, more of the birds in the frame would be nice, keep the wooden rail and maybe open up a tad to send background a touch more out of focus.

Thanks Redeyejedi, the funny thing is that i´ve only saw the palm tree after you said it´s distracting .

The 1 st image i´ve cropped to try and center the image, maybe the original was best.
