X-T2, 18-55mm @ 18mm, ISO 500, 2s (handheld, so not perfectly sharp), 10 stop ND filter.
Great photo. Who doesn't like water falls. I believe your exposure captured the water flow perfectly.
I like to refer to "not perfectly sharp" as "soft focus".

2 seconds hand held looks sharp enough to me.

Very nice photo, you must be steadier at 2 sec. than you think.
Several farmers grew hops in the area of the state park a couple hundred years ago -- as far as why it's called Devil's Hopyard, there's a bunch of different theories related to some weathered rock in the falls themselves or maybe it's where the witches of the town used to convene.
CT grown hops aren't as good as hops from the Pacific Northwest, so they're reserved for a couple styles that are not as hop-forward.
I was there almost 40 years ago. I was stationed at the sub base.
