This is an interesting subject. Maybe cause it's quite exotic to me. Nevertheless I think you tried to show too much in this picture and as an effect there is a little mess. The most striking thing is that man and his net. Him, the net and the reflection on the water that one whole picture. Everything else in here is a distraction, all other things can be separate subjects on it's own rights.
From other, more prosaic stuff you didn't get the horizon right. Water is usually quite horizontal, if not it feels weird. I hopw you will have more opportunities to work on this subject (man with the net) some more. The way it moves thru the air is beautiful.
