3 is not my favorite (cut off boat and people) but I love 1 and 2.

Do these look too heavily HDR'd?

Not really. It's pretty good. I like the leaves fallen into the sea and how you removed the ghosting in #1. GJ.

I like them too. A bit heavy on the saturation but I think it works for this set. :thumbup:

I didn't realize they were HDR until I saw #3. The oversaturated blues and reds clued me in, and the large halo on the left gave it away.

I like the composition of #2, but I wonder if an early morning or evening light would work better.

I am in Phuket right now. It's great! Only problem is that all these islands are only accessible by charters that don't arrive at the islands until around 10am... so there's no chance for a golden hour shot unless you pay for the big money trips.

overall, stunningly really awesome. Especially considering your limitations with time of day. I probably would have used some dodge after the HDR to even up the brightness of the sky a little bit with the the haloing in all of them.

I love #2! The colors are just simply great as well as the foreground helps the image!

Awesome, 2# is very awesome.

My eyes keep going in a circle; foreground, left bottom corner, boats, mountain, awesome rock in the middle of the water and then foreground again.

#2 is my favorite!!!!!! My next favorite is #1, then #3.

I didn't even know they were HDR until you said, you did a great job. Now that I look back, #3 has a bit too much, and I"m only saying that because my eyes are immediately drawn to the brightness of sky to the left of the photo... in my opinion its a little distraction to me.

otherwise... I LOVE'EM!

Number 2 gives a good sense of place. I like HDR's that don't make it immediately aparent that you are looking at an HDR. Very subtle.

Like them...and not only because I LoVe Thailand. Ouh...almost wish I did not look at them right now, as I really want to go back asap - but still have a few more months to wait ^^
