chesapeake bay bridge

Is anyone living in Maryland or travel on the bay bridge everyday as angry as I am about the ridiculous construction that they decided to do during rush hour? I go from Delaware to D.C. everyday, and this adds at least an extra hour on top of my already 2 1/2 hour drive... I feel like I need to find someone else that is annoyed too...
