I got my first DSLR not long ago and i just wanted a feedback on my pictures. Any comments and suggestions are appreciated!

There seems to be some harsh ambient light in the pics leaving some areas blown out and I would like to see both eyes in focus in the 3rd pic. Just little thing to watch out for. My fav is #4, but the side of his face is a bit too bright. Kids are fun to capture, that is if they stay still long enough
