C&C per req:
There's potential for a really nice image here, but I don't think you've quite got it. The colours appear artificially intense (over-saturation) and the rock in the foreground, while an excellent feature, would benefit from being offset to one side or the other. This is a case, especially with the river-bank where the rule of thirds should be taken as a rule. I see you're using a P&S so you may be limited in the manual settings you can apply, but if you get the chance, try this again with a much longer shutter speed (using a tripod of course). I would guess around 2 seconds, and that will give you the nice, smooth flowing water effect you see in many water images.
It's definitely a good image, but I think it could be better.
