Easy. I'd install a trompe d'oeil using emulsion lifts. It would look like a big stained glass window. The windows would essentially be two massive emulsion lift collages arranged to look like the panels of the actual stained glass doors that my father made. Here's what the doors look like and how the emulsion lift can mimic stained glass:
