i like the shot. i think the gutter and drain outlets distract. maybe a tighter crop?

Or clone them out; I agree, they don't help. I think you could make something really cool by going monochrome and making the sky really dramatic.

That drain pipe needs to be either vertical or gone. You will have trouble cloning it out with all those horizontal lines it is against. I would be inclined to try a slight perspective adjustment and then remember to look for strong lines in future before firing the shutter.
