Circular fisheye look and circle crop software?

Is there a program that gives a circular fisheye look? I am also looking for a program that crops a photo into a circle with no fisheye look?

Yeah, an ATM can do it. You withdraw the money from it to go buy a fisheye lens.

Just about any editing software can crop a circle. Are you wanting the fisheye look or not? You state that you want a fisheye look and then no fisheye look.

I think the OP is after a circular black frame to their image without the distortion a fisheye introduces.
A similar effect can be acheived with a wide angle adapter thats not designed for the lens it's being used on (i.e. severe vignetting to a circle).
Should be easy to do with any software that uses layers, and can even be acheived with a (black) circular paper cutout infront of the lens...

Layers wouldn't even be needed. Select a circle, then invert the selection, then pour or paint in black.

Sorry if my thread is confusing. I would like to be able to do both a plain circle crop and circle fisheye look. I have LR5 and Elements 9. If there is some other software I could get reasonably I can do that. I wont be able to use Photoshop though.

GIMP can do it fairly easy. And it's free.
