Interesting photo, technically sound apart from on one point. Well in my oppinion, never ever off set your horizon like, it makes it awkward to look at the photo. You want to keep to the vertical and horizontal lines.

I purposely tilted this image to give it a different effect. The traffic signal just turned green when the fronts of the automobiles appeared.
