Experimented with some different light setups and backgrounds today. I have some pink seamless I am using for children's photos and I wanted to see how it worked with Steph. I didn't care for it so I made it a b&w. I don't know - which do you guys prefer?

I would go with the black and white but I think you softened her skin too much. I like the colour but the pink at the background looks kinda not fitting. Ease up on the softening of the skin. Make it more natural.

She has beautiful eye color so for this reason I like the color.. but the pink doesn't work for her. lol

I like the B&W image more than the color one. I agree with ktan7 about lowering the amount of skin softening.

Yeah i dont like the pink. Looks kind of dingy here. I agree with less skin smoothing.

Nope i disagree with most. Looking at the full sized pictures on my laptop, i dont think smoothing was over done. I dont mind the pink either. If i was to do b&w i think i would bring the color back into her eyes.

I checked out the full size version, too. I don't see too much skin softening here, the young lady has near perfect skin, in the full size version you can see the pores and that they haven't been softened.

I like the black and white best. Can you darken the pink the bg? That may help the color version.
