Close without macro lense

I tried to get as close as I could without a macro lense Wish someone would see the first pic I put up when I entered website to this one so they Can tell me if I made a dot of a progress

It is blurry , I need to get at holding steady. I even learned on this site i can get s steadier shot like on a desk or table. I want to get a macro lense as well but I'm looking for not expensive. Any macro lense suggestion ?

If you do a lot, and wish to purchase a dedicated Macro lens, I suggest the Tonkina 100mm.
