Closeup (macro) C&C please

its real basic - closeup setting in daylight. I feel like the focus was all over the place since there are several focal points in the petals. Thanks!

Try choosing a simpler subject so that it is easier for you and the viewers to find the focus point.

I would crop off the left 1/4 and the bottom 1/4 approx. Otherwise an interesting splash of color, form and intrigue.

In my very uneducated opinion, it looks cool but I wouldn't have used my flash, I think it would have added more color and less reflection on the leaves
