If California had one of these, they would use it to water all the one-percenter golf courses.

California is the warning sign we will surely ignore until we realize that water and food are more valuable than oil.
But it will be too late by then. The corporations "that are really people according to the terrorist supreme court" will make sure the poor die of thirst before the rich people lawns turn brown.

One quibble: I'd crop the right side - don't really care for the bit of water and horizon showing over there - great shot either way, but that just popped into mind when I looked at it.

I can see that. I think the darker gray under the cloud from the rain adds to the heaviness on that side as well and makes what you see more apparent.
A slight crop might help.
