Clueless thus far

Hi everyone - I'm very happy to have found this forum. I am a real rookie..... I'm from Boston and work as a Cut-man in the sport of professional boxing. While not working my gigs I'm always ringside and would like to make the best of it photographing the fighters. I know how to stop nose bleeds but haven't a clue about shutter speeds!
