Coati's

[KJ_North]

Lots of the Coati's were running around the resort. They were digging holes in the grass everywhere searching for bugs etc.

Nice!
Where are you at? I can't imagine them living in Ontario!
We have lots of them here as well and I say they are a cross between a monkey and a racoon.

This was shot at a resort the Ocean Riviera Paradise in Mexico back 3 weeks ago.

Love the coati. Wonderful photos. Last trip to Mexico there were about 2 dozen that came around in the evenings. A bunch of babies so cute. You could hear them getting into a scuffle.
