I love the composition, a real portrait of the animal!

It does not look very sharp to me, especially where it should be sharpest (eye and beak).

This pic isn't cropped at all actually. The focus isn't perfectly on the eye and beak, which I wish it was but it was the best I could do seeing this guy was a wild rooster and ran away pretty quickly. Plus I was shooting freehand. Without a tripod and time, getting perfect depth was tough.
