Hi All,
One from today. I am new to HDR so any C&C appreciated!
Thanks for looking!

Nice. I like this. It looks very pastoral. A little soft but in this image I like it.

I think it needs more color. I like the place the picture was taken.

I agree. Had you been there a few week earlier this really could of off been a great image.
The sky is also pretty bland, not there's anything you could of done about that in post but HDR typically makes clouds pop. At least you have a few excuses to go back. :sexywink:

is it me or is the horizon badly tilted? I like the shot.

It's pretty soft. I wish the foreground was more vivid, lighter and with higher detail. This can be accomplished in your processing.

Here is a redo I straitened the horizon and played with the color. Thanks for the comments! This is still all new to me.

I dont know what they mean by needing more color. Im betting the original has lots of color, but in the small size posted a lot gets lost. There is the green grass and that bright yellowish tree as well as the subdued reds of the other leaves. Lots of color. You have now overdone it.

I my self like the first but I wanted to try to bring out the sky and some color. You are right about the small size not sure how to post a larger image. I'm sure there is a way to enhance the image in PS but not sure how to do this yet. Still learning! Trial and error!

I think this tread nicely demonstrates what happens when you adjust color before you correct contrast. The original image was slightly flat. If you correct that first, it only needs a slight bump in saturation. That and a little upper corner edge burning, and you've got a nice shot.
