Coffee in the fridge

I've never seen a difference between in-fridge or out. My wife likes to brew espresso and drink it in regular-size mugs (Yeah, I know) and likes to keep it in the fridge. I have regular coffee that I keep out of the fridge and I'm the only one who drinks it.

The bottom line on coffee storage is that if you are keeping it around long enough to worry about how you are storing it, you simply are not drinking enough coffee.

Sharon - agree completely about the Costa Rican - love that stuff!

Costa Rican is the BEST. Coffee. Ever.

Best coffee I've ever had was while in Costa Rica...nice and fresh. The imported Costa Rican stuff up here is nowhere as good.

Yeah, same here; that's why I don't bother to just buy Costa Rican coffee here, but rather wait til someone goes down there. Man, it's good stuff.
And I'll admit, the stuff that doesn't get used in the first month or so ISN'T nearly as fresh and smooth as the "hot off the presses" stuff--but it's still a lot better than anything else!
