The atmosphere is nice but the composition is off IMHO.

I think you could lose the bench first of all.

Due to the high contrast (post processing...?) I'd (if possible) have placed the person in front of the snowy part of the phone booth so you could make out the silhouette of the person.

Like I said move in closer push the stuff left of the phone booth out of the frame so you basically end up with the upper half and the right 2/3ds of the original image.

Level the horizon also.
