Pretty much it, used the 85 1.8. That lens is baller. Goin for the photo J tell a visual story thing. Let me know what you think.

Nice clear action shots with good white balance and exposures. These are composed well for pictures for parents and players, but for journalistic uses they should be composed much tighter.

I won't get into the argument of "volunteering" for the paper.

Tony: Why tighter and how do you feel about volunteering for the paper?
 
Tighter to fill the the frame for more drama. A god example would be the 6th image where they are fighting over the ball, crop midway down the shorts at the bottom and at the back of the player on the right. Still shows all the action but eliminates the non-action space to fill the frame. I'm not one for cropping in tight on all shots, as I like to show full body and setting shots.
