Color Print Processors

Not sure where this should be posted, but here goes. I am back into photography after a 25 year hiatus and am coming back shooting med. format. I'm planning on developing and printing my own B&W after I get my darkroom set back up and refresh my darkroom skills. So, until then I'll be shooting color. Now, knowing this is very subjective, I'm not familiar with where is the best place to send my color film for processing? Shipping is no problem as there are no processors that I know of in the area where I live, Memphis, TN so I know I'll have to do it. Do I just send it in and they do the rest or am I supposed to add input on what I want or need the prints to look like? Thanks for any and all help.

I process film at my work and we do offer mail order.
Develop only 24-36 exp 35mm or 120 $7.00. Or add CD for $4.95 and process is $6.00.
I use a control strip monitored Noritsu V-50 C-41 processor.
Scanner is a Noritsu 1800 series.
