Color Profiles for Photoshop?

Hey guys I have just got a new Epson Printer R200 (not 100% working yet, but getting there!) and I have some questions about making a profile for my printer.

I will be usuing photoshop to print, and I already calibrated my monitor, so now what else do I do to make sure the prints come out like they look on the screen? What settings do I change in photoshop?

Get an ICC profile for your printer and the paper you are using. You should be able to find them on the Epson web site. If you're printing out of photoshop, set your printer to "application managed colors" and in photoshop select the icc profile you downloaded.
