Well I like number 2 better aswell.
Which makes sense coz I don't like Marmite but I love Vegemite, which is almost the same (but better).

i personally like #1 best... i think its truely excellent.
and with the magic of resizable web browsers i have found the crop that works best for my eye is a long vertical crop with the stem reaching straight up the centre and about half the height of the negative space above the flower..

hmm actually I want bigger flower!!!!!!!!! It is very small here... but the "smoke" (background) around is cool
