Hello House ok i took this picture with a Canon M3 and had to tush it up in Lightroom to give it a cool feel. so comments and criticism are welcome so would see where i need to improve and fill-in-the-blank spaces

subject is ... you kinda know what the aperture is about ??
Even though the letters are kinda in focus, they have movement blur

So you may want to revisit Sparky's question.

Where you trying to make the photo with motion blur? Was it shot handheld or mounted on a tripod? What did you do with it in Lightroom? Maybe a before and after so we can see the processing to see the "look" you were going for.
