Continues lights Deal. Yay or nay?

I found this add on kijiji and want to ask the lighting experts if its worth garbing these. I currently have a Sb800 flash unit so my concern was mixing a strobe with continues lighting and how it would turn out.

If the bulbs are the same temperature as your flash (~5600K) they'd probably be okay as fill lights. At that price (assuming they include the bulbs) it looks like a decent, but not spectacular deal.

Well its either buying those two and offering a 100$ for the pair or spending 160$ on a light stand, 46" convertible umbrella and a strobe.

So i went out and bought them, and guy gave them to me for 100$, they seem in good condition, the stands seem heavy duty and the lights seem pretty bright. I found the same kit online going for about 500$ almost, so i think i good a pretty good deal. Now time to experiment
