Looks like pretty good focus on these. #2 has a really cute expression. Like wyogirl suggested, I would warm the color temp up just a wee bit; the skin tones look acceptable, especially on #'s 1 and 2, but #3 is decidedly a bit too cold. I never worry about accurate color, but only pleasing color, and I think these would all benefit from just a touch warmer color. The second shot, showing those two new bottom teeth is really cute. I think the thing that bugs me most about #3 is the arm that drops out of the frame. I'm not sure how these are being photographed, if they are posed with help from you, in the classic/traditional way, or if these are just free-formed. Anyway, if #3 were framed a bit more loosely, there's probably more value to showing the arm and down to the lap of the child than in cutting the arm off at the bottom edge of the frame. Same with #1, with the child high and to the right in the frame's space, not sure that that is optimal; I might crop off a bit of space on the left of frame #1.
The thing I like the most about this set is the high eye catchglight size and placement--it really makes the eyes stand out well, and shows good eye coloration.
