i was jus wondering ..... say ... i was taking picture somewhere in a city or cafe where i focused on some people as my object .. and i wanted to upload the pictures on my web site or i wanted to sell them .. do i have to contact the person in the photo ? how about if i dont know them?
if upload the photo without notifying them.. will it be wrong? will i get in problem?

Come on peeeps, this question has been answered about 50 million times on this board. 8) BTW, that question doesn't have anything to do with copyrights. And furthemore, many people get around the law everyday with no problems. YMMV
