So Ben, here's the "play" I had with your photo yesterday which - according to our PMs - you said I might as well put up in the thread, too. Today I am no longer sure it isn't overdone ... I see it on my bright screen, while on the screen that Sabine normally uses, for example, which is a lot darker, it might as well look too dark, too colourful and too everything...

But with my screen as the means to work on this, it still looked good enough to me (though I do see the "halo" that created itself round the sun more and more).

well I've looked at it from home (too contrasty in the foreground) and from work (looks great) and decided that I need to splash out on a spyder if I'm going to carry on with photography!
