Corrupt Raw Shots w/Good JPG Previews: Bad Camera or Bad Card?

I format every time I go out to shoot. I would format a different card in the camera and shoot some samples and see how they come out. If you are still getting some sort of file error you'll know that it is the camera and not the cards.
