Well, the scene in itself has potential, but neither face is visible ... and on right the presence of the seat back and the partition gets in the way ...

Maybe good to explain the 'theme' of your photo. I personally feel it would be better if it is more focused on just a single window and crop off the right seat. Right now, not sure what to focus on. Just my 2-cent comment

I would have shot this vertically to avoid that other seat altogether.
