Yes, agreed. I especially like the second shot's translation of the light. A little bit of flare, and I like that. She's very beautiful, and a great photographic subject. These could be presented any of multiple ways...brighter and more-airy, darker and more-contrasy, or anywhere in-between.

I am liking #1 best, but both are really nice. Her hair color/skin tone works well in mono.
