I have a couple guesses but since these type birds looks very similar I'm not even going to try and guess.

Excellent set! I think it's the Lesser Yellowlegs. The greater has banded markings on the body and an upturned beak.

Hard to tell from the angle & size reference. I get the feeling of Greater Yellow Legs

Take a look at this image here. You will see the banding on the body. This is the greater. Since this one doesn't have the banding it should be the lesser.
