Couple travel lenses for my new D7500.

Decided to add a couple DX lenses to add to the mix. Mostly wanted lighter weight and smaller sizes. I picked up a renewed D7500 to replace my D3300 as my work travel set up. But didn't have anything over 200mm in DX. And I don't want to carry the heavier FX lenses I have. These are the 18-140, and 55-300. I also have a 12-24 f/4 afs g. And a screw drive Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 that had only gotten to come out and play when we pulled the D300 out. Now have a 2nd body it will work on. The Tokina has a little bit of weight over the 12-24 so it will probably not travel. Yea cell pic when I am surrounded be cameras.

With respect, I can't get with these as "travel" lenses, at least not for how I travel. The compact Chinese-made prime Nikkor AF-S 35, 40 Micro-Nikkor, 50 and 85 G lenses are pin-sharp, light and affordable. Just don't see slow-ish variable aperture zooms as sufficiently flexible for where, when and how I shoot. YMMV, as always.

I do have primes in FX AF, AF-D, and in AF-S but most are the heavier fast lenses. I do have a 50 f/1.8, and an 85 f/1.8. I think I might have a 35 f/2 as well.
