It's a nice shot that might actually be better without the cows.
Perhaps in a larger view the cows are seen as cows, but seen small, they are a bit of a distraction for me.
(I did go to flickr and still felt that way)
I'm not thrilled with the processing, but I can't put my finger on why.
The clouds and sky seem smeared as if strong noise reduction was applied to an under exposed image.
Overall, I like the leading lines of the stones and the trees, but they kind of lead me to nothing (except one of those tiny cows )
The lighting is nice, but again seem to be a bit processed. Like the golden hour hues were puched a bit and all the colors seem a touch off as a result.
It's a nice image, but it misses for me more than it hits.
I think its great shot, a little over processed for me. Maybe to much saturation and clarity.
The front line of trees has an almost 3D look, I really like that. Shows great depth.
I like the cows and I have seen field look like that during sunset. So I dont know if I agree with the color being off.
The clouds do look like they have been assaulted by the noise reduction fairy.
Thanks. I added a gradient filter to knock down some of the noise. The colors as a whole weren't boosted that much, I brought down the greens a bit to bring up the "golden" colors.
