Creative Ideas For Pictures

Thanks for the people with the helpfull advice and good ideas, I think it will help me

and to mr pink I was just asking for some help I didnt ask for you to give me a smartass remark

Hmmmmmmm.........can I have your degree when you are done too? :sexywink:

Cannot he/she ask friends, co-workers, neighbors, classmates and the instructor the same question?

Sure he/she/it can. But it is very telling.

 100% agree.

To the Op: Yes, you need creative ideas, your own! Photography is a creative field, if you don't know how to get the creative juices going on your own maybe it is not the right field for you.

Yes, I have been new to photography. No, I have never asked for ideas. Actually, I have too many of them to do anything with all of them. Should I start selling my ideas?

yes thank you I am new to photography and was just looking for some ideas

You need to understand that not everyone has 'too many ideas to do anything with all of them'.

Perhaps mrpink can be as helpful if he were to get a job a WalMart and wear one of those "How May I Help You?" vests.

Sorry, mrpink, but not everyone is gifted with top-notch photographic talents. Some folks need to work on it, others struggle with it all their lives, and some just don't have it at all. The fact the OP even asks is cause enough to help, not hinder. Besides, who's to say this is the only avenue the OP is taking? Cannot he/she ask friends, co-workers, neighbors, classmates and the instructor the same question?

Take a few moments and re-read his original post. It does not sound like my "How May I Help You?" vest will apply. It is more like a "How May I Do This For You?" vest that we were being asked to wear.

KMH's response was spot on. "Here are the photos you asked for, submit them"

Ask my opinion on making a certain subject or object photographically interesting/pleasing and I am all about helping. But the inspiration and ideas must be that of your own.

I guess we should all quit answering questions.... especially those who know everything.

How do you expect us to get almost 700 posts in one month if we just stop?:er:

Idiotic response. You can quit answering questions if you want but I won't. Then again, I just explained that I don't know everything (http://www.thephotoforum.com/forum/...otographing-art-plain-old-digital-camera.html) so I'm exempt from your suggestion. I wonder if that means you think that you know everything... :lmao:

Frankly, an artist with no creative ideas is not an artist, period. The OP would save a lot of money by going straight to work at the Wally World photo studio if he really wants to be a photog. I don't mean to be nasty but, as explained by mrpink, that is exactly the way the OP came across. And my first thought when reading it was Rausch's "So do you expect to coast on everyone else's ideas if you get accepted to this school?"

One, I never claimed to know everything, so you can just knock that chit off.

Two. A question was asked. If you don't want to answer it, don't. If you don't like MY answer... tough.

Three. Don't try justifying your posts to me. Obviously, I'm too much of an idiot/imbecile/moron to understand it.

Four... don't you EVER ask anyone a question again if this is your attitude. If you honestly believe that the OP has absolutely no chance of becoming a good photographer, I guess Albert Einstein should have gotten a job sweeping floors at the corner market as well.
