Critique needed, badly!

I'm a wildlife macro photographer, and as you know its not the most popular genre of photography. Not many engage themselves in it so quality feedback is not easy to get. So its quite hard to get an idea on where you stand as a photographer.
Would be really grateful if you could go through the site below and let me know what you think.

I took a quick look at your site and the photos looked really nice, but if you want some useful critiques, post 2 or 3 images here.

Most folks don't want to be bothered slogging though a site, and how do you comment or critique 10, 20, 30 photos.
