If I choose APS/C mode on full frame camera, will the light exposure be darker on crop mode ?

It will be the same exposure. Exposure does not change due to imaging format.

1/125 at f/8 will produce the same exposure whether it's a cell phone, a mirrorless, a full-frame DSLR, even an 8x10 studio camera.

exposure might change lens to lens slightly. as well as white balance.

Choosing the APS-C format will not change your exposure, but changing the exposure mode (i.e. spot, center-weighted, or matrix to use Nikon terms) may.

No, it is the same, you are just using the middle of the sensor and not the outer portion.

Yup, the same. I've tried this on the 5Dsr.
