Is there anyway to crop to exact pixel sizes?
I'm at 300 dpi and I need to crop images to the following sizes:
500 x 500 equalling no more than 70k
475 x 374
and 460 x 245

Since I only know how to crop in inches, how can I get to these exact sizes? I've searched all over. I'm needing these sizes for a website that Blu Domain is making for me, but I'm not having much luck getting them on the phone.
Please help!

In Photoshop? if so....

I believe you can set the exact crop dimensions with the crop tool, not sure at the moment though.

If the ratio is correct, you can use Image Size, to set the exact size.

Then when you save as JPEG, use the compression/quality level to get the file size down...although at 300 PPI, I think you will need a lot of compression to get to 70k.

Select the crop tool and fill in the required size in the crop toolbar using 'px' as your cropping units. eg:

width: 500 px
height: 350 px
